Senior Network Relations Specialist

Serving as a day-to-day contact for assigned providers, the full-time Senior Network Relations Specialist will manage provider relationships, resolve operational issues, and support network operations while working remotely. Key responsibilities Respond to routine provider inquiries regarding claims, demographics, and network participation Research and resolve standard provider issues within established timelines Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate issue resolution and maintain accurate records of provider interactions Required qualifications 3-5 years of workers' compensation and/or auto network experience High School diploma or equivalent required Experience in customer service Strong relationship-building skills Analytical mindset with attention to detail
