Please review the job description below.Key Requirements and Technology Experience:Independent thinkerAbility to manage workloadExperience with Real Estate Procurement 1-3Awareness of NEAP, NPAL, SHPO, Phase 1 Assessments (Wireless Compliance)Project Management (Agile) 2-6Ability to travel for work related activities up to 25% of the time to support P&Z activities, or to support offsite meetings (25% or less, generally days per month as needed).Excellent verbal and written skillsGoogle Sheets 3-6 yearsPublic speakingMarketing experienceCan review, read, and interpret zoning & permitting ordinances 1-2 yearsPrior experience with due diligence documentation (Survey, CDs, Structural, Lease, Title).Willingness to adapt, learn, and have a solution-oriented mindset.Understanding of Wireless Compliance 2-4 years.Ability to review and understand detailed documentation.Our client is a leading Telecom Industry and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
