DMI is looking for a Tier 3 Network Lead based in Washington, DC. The successful candidate will oversee the performance of wired and wireless infrastructure across multiple sites and manage the full incident lifecycle within an ITSM framework. Responsibilities include monitoring LAN/WAN performance, managing Cisco and Aruba infrastructures, and leading stakeholder communications.
The ideal candidate will have expert-level knowledge in routing and switching protocols, and proficiency in SolarWinds Orion, Aruba Central, and Cisco IOS. A CCNP certification is required. This position is onsite from 7AM-6PM, Monday to Friday.
