Overseeing complex network infrastructure programs, the full-time Senior Network Implementation Program Manager will plan, coordinate, and execute engineering and construction activities remotely in Colorado, ensuring quality delivery and cross-functional alignment. Key responsibilities Own end-to-end delivery of network infrastructure programs from design through construction completion Perform quality audits of engineering designs and ensure compliance with industry standards Act as a primary escalation point for market-level and program-level issues, leading cross-functional meetings Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience 5+ years of telecom or network infrastructure program management experience Strong knowledge of fiber network engineering and OSP construction Ability to read and assess engineering designs and construction plans Advanced proficiency with project tracking and reporting tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
