Overview
Our client is looking to hire a Senior Network Engineer to join the team. This is an add-to-staff position. They are going through acquisitions and need an extra set of hands. Remote, but travel may be required.
Base pay range
$140,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Location
Remote; must be able to travel if needed
Interview
- 3-step interview process
- 1 hour with the hiring manager and VP Tech Ops
- 1 hour with the team – white board
Responsibilities
- Provide senior network engineering support as part of the team
- Support acquisitions and integration as an additional engineer
- On-call 24x7 — alternating weekly (currently about 1 time every 4–7 weeks)
Qualifications
- 6+ years of network engineering experience
- Palo Alto Firewalls and Panorama
- Knowledge of OSPF and BGP routing protocols
- VPN technologies including IPSec
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server and Linux
- Scripting experience with Bash/PowerShell/Perl/Python
- Engineering mindset
- Loves to learn technology and self-learn
- Ideally someone from a technology company
