This position requires deep expertise in designing, implementing, and managing complex network infrastructures across distributed test range environments. The ideal candidate will serve as a technical leader responsible for network design, wireless infrastructure integration, and support of advanced cyber test and training environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, configure, and maintain enterprise network architectures supporting cyber range operationsManage and optimize routing, switching, firewalls, DNS, VPNs, and VLANsSupport distributed test range environments, including policy and procedure developmentEngineer and maintain network infrastructure across physical and virtualized systemsProvide technical support for DoD network nodes and cyber range platformsDevelop and implement network policies, standards, and best practicesSupport wireless network infrastructure, including modern cellular and Wi-Fi technologiesTroubleshoot complex network issues and ensure high availability and performanceRequirementsEducationBachelor's degree in Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Management, or related discipline OR equivalent experience in lieu of degreeCertificationsMust meet DoD IAT II requirements (e.g., Security+, CCNA Security, or equivalent)ExperienceMinimum of 10 years of experience in cyber range or computer testbed environmentsExpert-level experience designing and configuring: routing, switching, firewalls, DNS, VPNs, VLANs, enterprise network infrastructure across bare metal and virtualized systemsExperience supporting distributed test range environments, including development of policies and proceduresExperience with wireless and cellular technologies, including 802.11 (Wi-Fi), 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G networksExperience configuring and managing DoD network nodes, including environments such as JIOR (Joint Information Operations Range)Proven ability to operate in complex, mission-driven DoD environmentsDesired SkillsStrong network architecture and engineering leadershipAdvanced troubleshooting and analytical skillsExperience in cyber range or training environmentsStrong documentation and communication skillsAbility to lead initiatives and work across technical teamsSecurity ClearanceActive Top Secret (TS) / Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) requiredEmployee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move moderate amounts of weight, typically less than 20 pounds, but may vary depending on the position.
