Senior Network AdministratorHX5 is currently seeking a qualified Senior Network Administrator in support of the Training Division (AFLCMC/WNR) at Hill Air Force Base, Utah. Essential duties and responsibilities include:Administer and maintain LAN and WAN systems, including network security across classified and unclassified environments.Provide secure communication venues for product teams to discuss sensitive requirements and designs.Support assessment, development, and sustainment of telecommunications infrastructure including phones, videoconferencing, and messaging systems.Assist with development of web-based Information Technology Equipment Management systems and custom Government software applications.Perform Virtual Machine Ware (VM Ware) server administration, including virtualization and high availability environments.Provide help desk support, managing IT trouble tickets and user access to Government systems such as ABSS, CPARs, and CAS.Install and maintain communications cabling including CAT5 and fiber infrastructure.Develop and produce documentation and artifacts required to certify unclassified and classified network systems; maintain, manage, and assist with development of documentation required for DoD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP) or Risk Management Framework (RMF) certification for Unclassified, Classified and higher infrastructure.Conduct system security reviews of new designs and software to identify risks and vulnerabilities.Integrate new technologies and provide recommendations for infrastructure improvements.Analyze system usage, troubleshoot IT infrastructure issues, and implement upgrades to improve reliability.Support Air Force network interfaces to ensure availability and integrity of mission-critical systems.Education and experience must include one of the following combinations:Master's or Doctorate Degree in a related field and at least ten (10) years of directly related experience, five (5) years of which must be in the DoD.OR Bachelor's Degree in a related field and twelve (12) years of directly related experience, five (5) years of which must be in the DoD.OR 15 years of directly related experience with proper certifications, eight (8) years of which must be in the DoD.Must have a current DoD -M Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II certification.Must be able to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week and offers a flexible work schedule Monday through Friday during core business hours.Other position requirements include:Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position.Must be able to complete a U.S.
