Senior NetSuite Lead Or Project ManagerRochelle Park, NJ (Hybrid 3 Days in a Week) Full Time Web Cam InterviewWe need a senior NetSuite lead or project manager with extensive experience working with NetSuite, Sage and business intelligence tools (PowerBi/ or Domo/Data Lakes) as well as leverage existing tools, and develop new ones, to enable dashboarding, KPIs and overall performance reporting best practices within the organization; this will include leveraging NetSuite tools and potentially other BI-type tools (i.e. PowerBi/Domo).Number of years working with:Total IT experience:Years working with: NetSuiteYears working with: Power BIYears working with:Essential Functions:Strong knowledge of NetSuite, Sage and business intelligence tools (PowerBi/ or Domo/Data Lakes)Manage the overall ERP program. This includes short- and long-term road maps for ERP, project management of the ERP evolution program, liaison and coordination with the third party consulting team.Monitor and manage the budget and actual spend with third party ERP consulting firm, including driving for trade-off decisions as we prioritize projects/spend.Leverage existing tools, and develop new ones, to enable dashboarding, KPIs and overall performance reporting best practices within the organization; this will include leveraging NetSuite tools and potentially other BI-type tools (i.e.
PowerBi/Domo).Drive for harmonization, efficiencies, and improvements to ways of working in manual and ERP processes. This includes looking at potential system improvements, configuration changes, automation, etc. This will require a strong base working knowledge and the ability to gather, synthesize and communicate industry best practices.Work with finance as power user for Net Suite planning and budgeting module; ensure continuity and stability in process/tool, including updating of data, hierarchies, structure, etc.
to enable NSPB as both a planning (budgets/forecasts) and reporting tool.Work with sales and finance to ensure proper integration of TPM with NetSuite.Co-lead the overall management reporting infrastructure, including KPIs and reporting packages with finance.Ensure proper integration of acquisitions into NetSuite, as needed.Partner with HR to develop and lead an IT/ERP training program for existing and new employees.Other duties as assigned.
