Senior Netskope Engineer (100% Remote)

Optomi, in partnership with a large enterprise customer, is seeking an experienced Netskope Engineer to join their team. This engineer will help with tenant consolidation, implementations, projects, and improving existing tools and features.

Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and administer Netskope solutions across enterprise environments.
• Configure and manage Netskope Security Cloud, Secure Web Gateway (SWG), Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB), Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), Data Loss Prevention (DLP) capabilities.
• Develop and maintain Netskope policies for web access, SaaS applications, data protection, threat prevention, and acceptable use.
• Implement and manage Netskope Private Access and Zero Trust access controls.
• Integrate Netskope with identity providers, endpoint security platforms, SIEM solutions, and other enterprise security technologies.
• Troubleshoot complex connectivity, authentication, policy enforcement, performance, and endpoint issues.
• Develop DLP policies and controls to protect sensitive and regulated data.
• Support security architecture initiatives involving SASE, Zero Trust, cloud security, and secure remote access.
• Automate repetitive administrative and operational tasks using APIs, scripting, or other automation technologies.
• Perform platform upgrades, configuration changes, health checks, and ongoing optimization.

• Significant engineering and architecture experience with Netskope platform
• Strong understanding of Netskope SWG, CASB, DLP, ZTNA/Private Access, and security policy management.
• Nnowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS, proxies, VPNs, routing, and firewalls.
• Experience with identity technologies such as SAML, OAuth, Active Directory, Entra ID/Azure AD, and MFA.
• Experience troubleshooting endpoint connectivity and security-agent issues.
• Experience integrating security platforms with SIEM, EDR, IAM, and ITSM solutions.
