Senior .Net Full Stack Engineer (Leverage AI - Claude or Cursor experience is required)

This is a Contract-To-Hire position.

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Full Stack Developer who uses AI tools such as Cursor, Claude, or GitHub Copilot to build modern, secure, and scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop responsive applications using React/Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Build backend services, microservices, and REST APIs using C#/.NET and/or Python.
• Use AI throughout development for design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deploy applications using Azure/AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Work with relational/NoSQL databases, caching, and event-driven architectures.
• Troubleshoot and optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with engineering, cloud, infrastructure, and operations teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
• 7–9 years of full-stack development experience.
• Strong experience with C#/.NET or Python, React/Angular, REST APIs, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and Git.
• Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted development tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on mindset.
