Senior .NET Developer | Healthcare
We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer with strong hands-on development experience and a background working with healthcare systems and data. This person will work across the full development lifecycle, with a particular focus on applications involving claims, member, and provider data. The ideal candidate has deep experience with C#/.NET, SQL Server, and SSIS, along with the ability to lead technically, mentor other developers, and collaborate effectively within a Scrum environment.
What You'll Be Doing
* Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications and software solutions using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, MVC, and related Microsoft technologies
* Work with healthcare data and systems, including claims processing, member/provider data, and EDI 837 submissions
* Develop and optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and database processes
* Build and maintain SSIS packages for ETL and data integration
* Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, QA, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
* Lead and mentor developers while promoting strong coding standards and development best practices
* Participate in Scrum ceremonies and support the team throughout the development lifecycle
* Identify opportunities to improve application performance, development processes, and overall technical quality
* Ensure solutions meet appropriate quality, security, and industry standards
* Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers

* Strong experience developing web applications
* Healthcare technology experience, specifically working with claims, member and provider data
* Experience with EDI 837 healthcare transactions
* Strong SQL skills, including queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization
* Experience with ETL and data integration using SSIS
* Experience mentoring and supporting other software developers
* Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative Agile/Scrum team
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Growth mindset with an interest in continuous improvement and developing others
Education & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
