Senior.NET DeveloperLocation: Hybrid (Los Angeles)Work Hours: 8:30 am to 5:00 pmDuration: 6 months (Anticipated Period of Performance: August 1, 2026, through January 31, 2027).Scope of Work Requirements: Contractor shall provide a Software Developer resource to support the maintenance, enhancement, and modernization of enterprise applications supporting schools, such as web-based educational planning, compliance management and school administration applications. Contractor shall not replace assigned personnel without LAUSD's prior written approval, except in emergency or separation circumstances. If assigned personnel become unavailable or LAUSD determines that performance is unsatisfactory, Contractor shall propose a qualified replacement within five business days, or another timeframe approved by LAUSD.
Replacement personnel must meet or exceed the qualifications required by this IRFP and complete all required onboarding and clearance requirements before beginning work.QualificationsThe Software Developer must have five years of experience building complex.NET Web applications, API services, functions, workflow, and SQL series.Experience in the following areas is required:5 years of ASP.NET/MVC5 years of C# Programming5 years of REST/SOAP API and web services design3 years of modern/mobile responsive front-end development using JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS35 years of Angular3 years of Entity Framework and SQL Server 2012 or higher database5 years of .NET CoreThe following areas are preferred:3 years in Oracle 11g database or higher and PL SQL programming3 years in PostgreSQL database version 9 or higher3 years in scripting languages (Typescript, and Node.js)3 years in SQL Server Reporting and Integration Services (SSRS and SSIS)3 years in micro services architecture3 years in cloud hosting and deployment (Azure or AWS)The Software Developer must have a BS/BA degree in computer science, information technology, or related field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required degree on a year-for-year basis.Good verbal and written communication skills.Experience in school-based applications.
