The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building, automating, and integrating IAM workflows, identity lifecycle processes, and access controls across enterprise systems.Design, develop, and maintain .NET-based applications and services supporting IAM platformsDevelop and optimize PowerShell scripts for:User provisioning and de-provisioningAccess management and role assignmentsIdentity lifecycle automationSystem integrations and batch jobsIntegrate IAM solutions with Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, and other identity repositoriesWork closely with security, infrastructure, and application teams to implement IAM controlsBuild RESTful APIs and services for IAM integrationsTroubleshoot IAM-related issues and perform root cause analysisEnsure solutions comply with security standards, audit, and compliance requirementsParticipate in solution design, code reviews, and technical documentationSupport IAM deployments, upgrades, and production issuesRequired Skills & Qualifications8–10 years of professional software development experienceStrong expertise in.NET /.NET Core / C#Advanced PowerShell scripting experience (mandatory)Solid understanding of IAM concepts:Authentication & AuthorizationRBAC / ABACIdentity lifecycle managementAccess governanceExperience with Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAPHands-on experience with REST APIs, Web Services (JSON/XML)Strong SQL skills (SQL Server preferred)Experience with source control tools like Git / Azure DevOps
