Focus on DevOps, Agile, cloud, data, MS.net stack, BRD, FRD, testing, etc.They should have started their career as developers or as a hands-on technology role and then moved to a BA role.Please ensure they are very proficient in BA functional and theoretical knowledge – they will be asked complex questions relating to their experiences and how they managed the situations as a BA.Exceptional interpersonal skills including the ability to clearly explain situational examples and solutions.
