Senior MSP Systems Engineer & Team Lead

IDR, Inc. in Duluth, GA is seeking an MSP Technical Support Team Lead to guide a managed services team responsible for complex IT infrastructures.

You will escalate, design and support Windows Server and Microsoft 365 environments, mentor Tier 1 and 2 engineers, and lead critical infrastructure projects and migrations. You will work directly with clients, participate in on-call rotations, and collaborate on Azure/Entra ID administration, networking, and security initiatives.
