Senior MRI Technologist - Per Diem Day

Senior MRI Technologist at Providence Seaside Hospital in Seaside, OR.

Senior MRI Tech performs Magnetic Resonance examinations according to physician orders, utilizing sophisticated MRI equipment, taking into account an individual patient special or age-related needs. Utilizes knowledge and judgment in regard to imaging factors, imaging technique and patient treatment needed to produce optimal images.

Responsibilities

Oversee and conduct MRI scans, ensuring patient safety and image quality, while coordinating with physicians and other healthcare staff.

Required Qualifications

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• Oregon Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist License (upon hire)
• National Registered Technologist - Magnetic Resonance Imaging (upon hire)
• National Certified MRI Technologist – American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (upon hire)
• National Provider BLS – American Heart Association (upon hire)
• 5 years Experience as an MRI Technologist.
