Responsibilities include:Plan and perform algorithm testing in dynamometer, hil, inductive load, and vehicle test environmentsManage the calibration set of motor control software for advanced projectsLead requirements verification for advanced motor controls and cross-functional vehicle-level featuresWork with cross-functional teams on electric actuator and vehicle bring-up activitiesDevelop, maintain, and continuously improve test stations for dynamometer, hil, and inductive load testingQualifications include:Master's degree in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering4+ years of experience in motor calibration and dynamometer operationsExpertise in the theory and principles of ac electric machine drives and three-phase switching power converter topologiesFluency in data processing software, including matlab/simulinkStrong hands-on experience with dynamometer mechanical setupStrong teamwork, data presentation, problem-solving, and project planning skillsPay disclosure: the salary range for this role is usd 135,100-168,900 for southern california based applicants. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, and organizational needs. The successful candidate may be eligible for annual performance bonus and equity awards.
