Senior Mobile Test Automation Engineer With Ai/MlWe are looking for an experienced mobile Automation Engineer with strong leadership, insights on Mobile Architecture, excellent understanding on Copilot, Prompt Engineering, software development skills and experience in developing and enhancing mobile test automation frameworks. He or she will be leading and designing/developing automated solutions to enhance productivity by the developers. Their primary responsibility is to the people they manage, ensuring they are developing through coaching, mentoring, feedback, and hands-on career development.
Other key responsibilities may include developing a technology strategy and ensuring technology solutions comply with applicable standards.Responsibilities:Define and prioritize product requirements - enabling developers use Copilot & Prompt EngineeringEnd-to-end testing of products to identify bugs and ensure new product functionality is working as expectedPartner with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, UI/UX Designers, App Developers, product owners and clients in development of solutionProject Management & Stakeholder Engagement - Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including Technology, Sales, Client Education, Finance and LegalIdentifies risks/dependencies and quantifies the impact it has on the business/technology and controls used to resolveInnovative approach to uncover issues during the development phaseImplement new testing frameworks for future products and featuresParticipate in code review of standards, procedures, tools, and quality improvement processesWork closely with Product and Engineering teamsRequired Qualifications:Typically requires minimum of 10+ years of Industry experience.Must have a bachelors degree or equivalent degree is requiredUI automation and application framework enhancements in Java + Appium.Mobile Test Automation with Appium is a MUSTSelenium Test NGBe a subject matter expert in all aspects of your products (Mobile Applications). This includes deep understanding of the Mobile Frameworks, technical aspects of each product and the underlying data used.Deep understanding of Copilot & Prompt Engineer is a Must10+ years of experience as a Software Development Engineer & 3+years of experience on AI Tools (copilot)Must have experience in one of the mobile automation tools and frameworks (Appium, Espresso, XCUITest)Hands on experience in designing and building automation frameworks from scratch or using open-source tools
