Leading the Mobility Mobile Engineering organization, the full-time Senior Mobile Development Manager will manage a team responsible for delivering high-quality iOS and Android applications, while fostering a strong engineering culture and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Define and execute the long-term engineering strategy for mobile experiences, including card and vehicle management Lead complex cross-functional engineering initiatives, ensuring alignment across teams and stakeholders Hire, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering managers and software engineers, promoting a culture of innovation and operational excellence Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience 8+ years of software engineering experience, with 4+ years in engineering management Experience in developing and delivering native iOS and Android applications or cross-platform mobile applications Strong understanding of modern mobile architectures and software engineering best practices Proven leadership skills in hiring, coaching, and performance management for mobile engineering teams
