Senior ML Engineer, Personalization & Scalable AI

Netflix, Inc. is seeking a passionate Machine Learning Engineer to advance long-term member satisfaction through scalable personalization algorithms. You will design, implement, and operate production ML models, applying causal inference, reinforcement learning and econometrics at scale.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams of researchers, engineers and behavioral scientists to iterate rapidly and deliver robust online experiments that influence product decisions across the service.
