In this role, you'll be overseeing, coordination, and implementing critical mission network and edge hardware and working directly with customers in the field and remotely to ensure seamless integration and operation of all systems.Responsibilities include:Provide end-to-end development, integration, and support of tactical mission equipment and systemsProvide end-to-end development, integration, and support of a resilient mission network to support and enable tactical, operational, and strategic level operationsProvide end-to-end development, integration, and support of resilient edge hardware to support and enable tactical, operational, and strategic level operationsTroubleshoot issues in real-time, applying analytical thinking and hands-on problem-solving skills.Author training documentation and instructions for end users and internal program usage.Configure and troubleshoot networking environments, including firewalls, routers, switches, access points, and cloud-based environments.Required qualifications include:Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S.
Top Secret SCI security clearance.Strong experience with Tactical Network SystemsStrong experience with Tactical Edge HardwareExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently in the field and collaborate with customers and team members.Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent technical experience.Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%.Proficient in working with hands and tools to assemble, repair, and maintain technical hardware in the field.Able to meet health and medical requirements in advance of deployments in accordance with DFARS , DoDI , and/or any additional requirements outlined by region or supporting force, as applicable.The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
