At Watermark, our people come first!In this role you will…Perform Mission Assurance analysis on high-visibility, mission-critical programs and provide senior-level analytical judgment across all Mission Assurance activitiesProvide comprehensive program management and contract administration to ensure effective staffing, deliverable submittal, and execution of all Mission Assurance tasksOversee the efforts of all less-senior staff assigned to the contractDevelop, maintain, and execute a Program Management Plan (PMP) within 30 calendar days of contract awardManage cost, labor utilization, schedules, risk, and task executionAdditional duties as assignedExperience Requirements:Over 10 years in any career field, discipline, or industryPMP Certification or equivalent program management credentials preferredPrior experience managing DoD SCIF-based contractor teams preferredDirect experience with HQ USAF staff processes and governance forums preferredEducation Requirements:Master's Degree (M.A. or M.S.) in any fieldCertification Requirements:None specifiedSecurity Clearance Requirements:Active/current Top Secret (TS) clearance on Day 1 of performanceAbility to obtain and maintain TS/SCI and TS/SCI with CaveatsU.S. Citizenship requiredOther Requirements:Ability to work 100% on-site within a Government SCIF during core duty hoursCONUS travel may be required (coordinated with the Government at least 10 calendar days prior)OCONUS travel may be required (e.g., EUCOM/PACOM AOR support; coordinated at least 20 calendar days prior, with Theater Business Clearances)Local travel within the National Capital Region may be requiredTrip and After-Action Reports are required following each tripMay be required to move equipment/files weighing up to 50 poundsMay require sedentary work at least 50% of the timeReports to a physical location which occasionally requires the ability to traverse between buildingsAbility to manage stress with a high degree of maturity/professionalismDemonstrated critical thinking and leadership skills and the ability to work well with othersEffective verbal and written communication skills**Position is Contingent on Contract Award ** Watermark is an equal opportunity employer. The anticipated compensation range for this position is $100,000-300,000. Multiple considerations are taken into account when determining the final salary/hour rate, including but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, education and certifications, relevant work experience, related skills and competencies, as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
