As a Senior Dynamics GP Support Consultant, you will serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) platforms, supporting both technical and functional requirements across the organization. You will be responsible for troubleshooting complex ERP issues, implementing system enhancements, managing integrations, and optimizing business processes. The successful candidate will work closely with business users, IT teams, and leadership stakeholders to understand operational needs and recommend practical ERP solutions. This position requires strong experience in Dynamics GP configuration, customization, reporting, data migration, and system integration activities. Key Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing technical and functional support for Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ERP application issues, performance concerns, and user-reported incidents.
• Configure, customize, and optimize Dynamics GP modules to meet business requirements.
• Analyze existing ERP processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Strong understanding of ERP implementation and business process optimization.
• Hands‑on experience with system integrations and third‑party application connectivity.
• Experience performing data migration, data conversion, and data validation activities.
