To support a range of small businesses in maintaining IT environments, the full-time Senior Microsoft Consultant will troubleshoot and manage Windows Server and desktop operating systems, while working remotely in a virtual office setting. Key responsibilities Maintain and troubleshoot Windows Server environments and related applications Analyze and resolve issues related to system reliability, security, and functionality both on-site and remotely Design and implement IT architectures, including virtualized infrastructures and disaster recovery solutions Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in desktop and server administration and IT infrastructure support 5+ years of consulting experience Current Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and/or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP:EA) credentials Strong troubleshooting skills across networking layers 1 through 4 Ability to operate effectively in a virtual office environment
