Senior Merchandise Planner

Driving inventory and demand planning execution across multiple channels, the full-time Senior Merchandise Planner will manage sales forecasts, inventory allocation, and Open-to-Buy processes while working remotely. Key responsibilities Own and drive sales and demand forecasts for assigned categories, collaborating with the Director of Merchandise Planning Monitor inventory health, leading allocation efforts and partnering with supply chain teams to manage production and replenishment Manage the monthly Open-to-Buy process, ensuring accuracy in data preparation, tracking, and reporting Required qualifications 5-7+ years of experience in merchandise planning, demand planning, or inventory management, preferably in DTC e-commerce or retail Proven experience in multi-channel environments, including DTC and Amazon Strong knowledge of forecasting methodologies and inventory tracking processes Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Looker or similar BI tools is a plus Experience partnering with senior stakeholders is advantageous
