Aro Homes is seeking an experienced MEPF engineer to lead electrical, plumbing, and fire protection design for its modular single-family homes. You will own the MEPF scope from design through Title 24 energy documentation, coordinating with the plant, field, and cross-functional teams to ensure clean builds and timely permits.
The role requires strong knowledge of California codes (CEC, CPC) and Title 24. Experience with Revit, Bluebeam, and SolidWorks is preferred.
