Providing exceptional support to clients, the full-time Senior Member Services Advocate will manage inbound calls regarding Health Spending Account, COBRA, and Retiree or Exchange inquiries while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Deliver outstanding support to inbound callers and assist with enrollment for various programs Document call details accurately and ensure compliance in all processing areas Take accountability for the entire process from receipt of work to resolution Required qualifications: 3+ years of experience with Health Spending Account, COBRA, Retiree, or Exchange programs is required Strong customer-centric mindset and exceptional phone etiquette Comfort with technology and ability to diagnose and own technology issues Team player mentality with a focus on excellence 5+ years of experience in relevant programs is ideal
