Transforming data into actionable insights, the full-time Senior Member Experience Analyst will analyze member feedback and journey analytics to identify friction points and drive improvements in the member experience while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Analyze member feedback and operational metrics to uncover insights that improve member experience Identify patterns and root causes of member friction points to prioritize enhancements Develop predictive models and dashboards to anticipate member behaviors and communicate findings effectively Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, business analytics, or related field; Master's degree preferred 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related analytical roles Strong proficiency in analytical tools and programming languages (SQL, R, Python, or similar) Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) Demonstrated expertise in statistical analysis and modeling techniques
