Senior Medical Records & HIM Operations Lead

Lake Charles Memorial Health System is seeking an Assistant Director of Health Information Management to supervise the Medical Record department and oversee One Content and Paragon applications. This role reports to the Director of HIM and focuses on accuracy, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance.

You will train new users, perform audits, communicate with physicians and staff, and guide workflow improvements across the HIM team.
