Working fully remote, the Senior Medical Consultant will partner with the executive team to develop clinical strategies, oversee clinical trials, and enhance the company's research capabilities in small molecule drug development, particularly in Immunology and Inflammation. Key responsibilities Direct the development of clinical strategies and programs, including formulating standards and policies Execute clinical trial plans to deliver safety, pharmacokinetic, and efficacy data for regulatory approval Establish and maintain relationships with principal investigators, consultants, and key opinion leaders to align on clinician needs and practices Required qualifications Experience in small molecule drug development, specifically in Immunology and Inflammation Proven leadership in clinical operations, clinical science, medical monitoring, and regulatory affairs Strong understanding of clinical trial execution and regulatory requirements Ability to build and maintain collaborations with academic, government, and industry partners Familiarity with current competitors and clinical developments in relevant therapeutic areas
