Senior Mechanical Superintendent: Lead Construction & Safety

PCL Construction, Inc. within Civil West seeks a Mechanical Superintendent to lead safety, planning and execution on site in Phoenix. You will supervise the project team, coordinate with engineers, estimators and subcontractors, and ensure compliance with drawings, specs and budgets.

You will develop the Project Execution Plan, drive three-week lookahead schedules, and maintain proactive risk management while coordinating with clients and internal teams.
