Senior Mechanical Project Director

Yearout Mechanical seeks an experienced Project Director to lead a large-scale mechanical and plumbing construction project at the University of New Mexico College of Medicine. Reporting to the Director of Capital Projects, this role oversees execution, budget, risk and client relationships.

You will assemble and lead the project team, ensure safety and quality, manage CPM schedules, coordinate BIM/VDC efforts, and interface with owners and subcontractors to deliver on time and within budget.
