Our Oahu office is seeking a seasoned operations leader with a minimum of 10 years of mechanical contracting experience and a proven track record of leading multi-trade operations, driving financial performance, and overseeing large-scale project and field organizations.
- Proven leadership across Plumbing, HVAC, Sheet Metal, Controls, Service, and Special Projects operations
- Strong financial management experience, including full P&L responsibility, forecasting, budgeting, labor productivity, cost control, and profitability improvement
- Experience leading both union and non-union workforces and scaling operations across multiple business units or geographic markets
- Successful delivery of complex commercial, healthcare, education, hospitality, federal, and industrial mechanical construction projects
- Demonstrated ability to develop operational processes, improve field execution, optimize workforce utilization, and support strategic growth initiatives
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering closely with executive leadership, project teams, and clients
- Candidates whose experience falls primarily outside our mechanical contracting markets, or is largely limited to federal contracting, are not preferred
