Senior Mechanical Engineer Opportunity | Los Angeles, CA

We’re seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join a dynamic engineering team delivering innovative commercial, educational, hospitality, and multi-residential projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed engineer who thrives in leadership, project execution, and client‑facing environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection system design for new construction and renovation projects
- Develop energy models, feasibility studies, and utility load calculations
- Coordinate BMS controls, sequences of operation, and building pressurization plans
- Manage construction administration including RFIs, submittals, and site meetings
- Direct BIM/Revit production teams and coordinate multidisciplinary design efforts
- Support proposal development, client communication, and project scheduling
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred)
- 10+ years of consulting/design engineering experience
- Active California P.E. license required
- Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, BIM 360, Bluebeam, EnergyPro, and MS Office
- Experience with DSA/educational projects and city approvals required
- LEED AP BD+C and Hydrotec experience preferred
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
