Job Description
- Lead the estimating process from conceptual design through final proposal.
- Prepare accurate estimates for HVAC, Plumbing, and Mechanical Piping projects.
- Review drawings, specifications, and construction documents for pricing strategies.
- Perform design calculations and assist with equipment and material selection.
- Evaluate labor productivity, contingencies, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Solicit, review, and analyze vendor and subcontractor quotations.
- Develop labor budgets for awarded projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, owners, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Attend pre-bid, turnover, and project kickoff meetings.
- Support bid tracking, bid reviews, bid bonds, and document procurement.
- Mentor and assist Estimator Trainees and promote best practices.

Qualifications
