We're working alongside a leading healthcare design consultancy with a strong reputation in the Florida market, is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their growing team. You will work exclusively on healthcare projects.
Location: Greater Tampa, FL
Compensation: Up to $170,000 base + exceptional bonus package
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
• 10-15 years' experience in mechanical/HVAC design, with a strong focus on healthcare projects such as hospitals and medical facilities
• PE license required in state of FL
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems design, load calculations, and energy modeling
• Proficiency with Revit and/or AutoCAD MEP
• Mentorship of junior engineers and take ownership of project delivery
• Excellent client-facing skills
