I'm working with an award winning integrated building design firm (ESOP) who areseeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer in a hybrid capacity.

What You’ll Do
- Lead HVAC and mechanical system design for complex buildings
- Act as Engineer of Record on select projects
- Work across healthcare, higher ed, commercial, and institutional projects
- Collaborate with top-tier engineers nationwide (remotely)
- Mentor junior engineers without being forced into management
Requirements
- PE license (or able to obtain)
- 8+ years in MEP consulting
- Strong HVAC and building systems design experience
- Comfortable leading projects and working client-facing
