Senior Mechanical Engineer (PE) — Houston/The Woodlands, Ownership Path

Halff Associates, Inc. is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer in the Houston area (The Woodlands or Houston office). The role requires a Texas PE license and 5+ years of mechanical design experience using energy modeling tools such as Trane Trace 700.

You will lead design teams, coordinate with owners and other engineers, and develop contract documents for mechanical and plumbing systems. The position emphasizes project management, client relationship development, and mentorship of junior
