You will lead engineering teams, develop concepts for new & improved commercial HVAC products and solve complex technical problems, leading to production of sustainable new products. **What you will do:*** Develop product designs to meet performance, regulatory, quality and cost requirements.* Review and understand the technical feasibility of product and internal requirements.* Understand and apply applicable regulatory codes such as UL.* Participate in product improvement activities to identify opportunities to improve product performance and reduce cost.
