The Role
You'll lead mechanical design projects from inception through completion across a diverse and genuinely interesting project portfolio - spanning healthcare, federal and defense facilities, commercial developments, civic buildings, and academic institutions. No two projects the same.
Responsibilities
- Lead mechanical design projects through the full project lifecycle
- Mentor and support junior engineering staff
- Coordinate with clients, project managers, and other disciplines
- Assist with QA/QC and ensure compliance with current industry standards
- Stay current with codes, standards, and best practices in MEP design
What You'll Need
- BS in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- PE license preferred; EIT considered for strong candidates
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Word and Excel
- Solid MEP design experience with a collaborative, team-first approach
- Curiosity, good judgement, and the ability to manage competing priorities
