What You’ll Do

  • Lead mechanical design for new construction and renovation projects
  • Develop conceptual designs, equipment selections, construction drawings, and specifications
  • Coordinate with electrical, plumbing, and architectural teams
  • Represent the Owner during construction (RFIs, submittals, site inspections)
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical excellence
  • Collaborate directly with clients to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of experience in the MEP industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or higher)
  • PE license (Texas or eligible via NCEES)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Bonus: Revit experience and a passion for community impact
