What You’ll Do
- Lead mechanical design for new construction and renovation projects
- Develop conceptual designs, equipment selections, construction drawings, and specifications
- Coordinate with electrical, plumbing, and architectural teams
- Represent the Owner during construction (RFIs, submittals, site inspections)
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical excellence
- Collaborate directly with clients to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions
What You Bring
- 7+ years of experience in the MEP industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or higher)
- PE license (Texas or eligible via NCEES)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Bonus: Revit experience and a passion for community impact
