nThe opportunity to deliver project leadership for the Global Pest Elimination RD&E team supporting our $1B+ business. The role requires maintaining a strong relationship with Pest team members (Marketing, Operations, Sales, Finance and Training) to deliver an innovation pipeline and develop new innovation with global reach for assigned market segments
nThe opportunity to work closely with a broad range of functional teams, internal and external suppliers, and customers to create innovative solutions that meet unmet needs and drive continued growth of the Pest Elimination Division.
nThe opportunity to provide leadership for projects collaborating frequently with Corporate RD&E shared resources. The candidate will be assigned a primary research area of focus and will be responsible for pipeline development and innovation project execution within that area/segment.
nWhat you will do:
nMaintain employee safety standards including 6S/ISO lab standards.
nProvide leadership, communication and establish strong connection with Entomologists, Equipment & Connected Solutions (ECS), and Digital
nLead development and maintenance projects to deliver a portfolio of new and modified service solutions including new equipment, protocols and market segment programs.
nParticipate in the Phase 0/1 Ideation Process with Marketing partners and ensure new concepts are prioritized and tied to customer insights. Identify customer's unmet needs and develop proactive solutions.
nDrive execution of Phase Gate with new product development activities while demonstrating cross-functional and global thinking in planning and coordination of project priorities
nEvaluate and assess various technologies identified for possible use in new products & solutions
nDevelop relationships with suppliers to leverage innovation and differentiation
nMinimum Qualifications:
nBS Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
n2 years' experience working in an RD&E environment
n2 years' experience in product development from concept through launch

nPreferred Qualifications:
nMS Degree in Mechanical Engineering
nExperience as R&D Program or Project Leader, Project Management
nExperience exploring new technologies and testing such technologies in the field
nExperience providing technical support to sales/service teams
nComfortable with independent work, ambiguity, and handling multiple projects
nCurious individual with the ability to see beyond the obvious
nHistory of success on new product/solution development teams
nExperience with networked device and data solutions / IoT concepts
nExpertise in plastic materials, processes and part design (injection, blow and roto molding)
nExperienced SAP/EPIC/Solid Works user
nUnderstands intellectual property principals and has IP experience
nExcellent communication and organizational skills
nAnnual or Hourly Compensation Range
nThe pay range for this position is $85,900.00 - $128,900.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
