Our client, a rapidly growing full-service engineering firm, is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their dynamic team in Durham, NC!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead mechanical system design for various building projects
- Perform load calculations, system layouts, and equipment selections
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and client communications
- Ensure compliance with industry codes and standards
- Mentor and support junior engineers and designers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 10+ years of MEP engineering experience
- PE License
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and energy modeling software
- Strong knowledge of ASHRAE, IMC, and other applicable codes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
