Professional Mechanical Engineer – Water/Wastewater

I’m partnering with a nationally recognized engineering consultancy that has spent more than 90 years focused exclusively on water, wastewater and infrastructure.

They’re looking for a licensed mechanical engineer with 6+ years of experience designing mechanical systems for water and wastewater treatment facilities. You’ll lead the HVAC and odor-control scope across small to mid-sized projects while remaining hands‑on with calculations, plans, specifications, control schematics and construction support.

The strongest fit will bring:

• Mechanical PE registration strongly preferred
• Water or wastewater treatment facility experience
• HVAC and odor-control system design experience
• Knowledge of NFPA 820 and hazardous/classified areas
• Experience interpreting P&IDs and developing control strategies
• Revit or AutoCAD experience
• The ability to mentor junior engineers and manage scope, schedule and budget
