About You

Job Responsibilities

  • Champion safety and hold self and others accountable to Loss Prevention & Control standards.
  • Lead the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes to achieve business objectives and cost savings.
  • Apply engineering expertise and provide technical leadership, guidance, and problem-solving support.
  • Ensure effective security, documentation, and protection of critical and proprietary information.
  • Identify, analyse, and resolve operational challenges to improve performance and achieve objectives.
  • Lead projects in compliance with corporate policies, emphasizing internal controls and financial integrity.
  • Communicate effectively to drive engagement, collaboration, and organisational alignment.
  • Develop talent and improve process quality by coaching others, reducing variability, and implementing continuous improvements.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in an Engineering related-discipline from an accredited institution.
  • 5+ years of technical and/or operational experience.
  • Proficiency in SAP and experienced in asset maintenance and reliability programs.
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully executing significant project management skills.
  • Collaborative work style with the ability to improve teamwork and drive results.
  • Strong knowledge and background in Manufacturing/production including a demonstrated ability to translate that knowledge into execution of process.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology from an accredited institution.
  • Knowledge of the following Process Technologies: Merging Tissue-making Applications contributing to Converting Processes.
  • Winding and Web Handling experience.
  • OEM Equipment Design.
  • Experience in: Infrastructure systems maintenance, TALCM (Total Asset Life Cycle Maximization), TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance), SMED (Single-Minute Exchange of Die) process, and/or Project management certification.

Along with base pay, this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite, including our 401(k) and Profit Sharing plan.

Salary Range

Salary Range: 105,740 – 130,620 USD
