Key Responsibilities:

• Lead HVAC and plumbing design activities, including system selection, basis of design, and quality assurance.
• Develop and manage project work plans and engineering deliverables.
• Mentor and guide mechanical engineers and designers.
• Coordinate designs with multidisciplinary project teams and project managers.
• Represent the mechanical discipline in client meetings and communicate project requirements effectively.
• Support construction activities through submittal reviews and responses to Requests for Information (RFIs).
• Maintain mechanical/plumbing design standards and assist with quality control.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of focused mechanical/plumbing design experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Trane TRACE load calculation software.
• Strong communication, presentation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in commercial building projects.
