Location: Charlotte, NC

The Role

Lead mechanical delivery across healthcare projects including hospitals, surgical facilities, and large medical campuses from concept through to completion. Work closely with clients and internal teams, and manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications. Mentor junior engineers and shape project outcomes.

The Person

Mechanical Engineer with healthcare project experience and a valid professional engineering license (PE). Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver complex facilities on schedule. Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
