I am hiring for a Senior Mechanical Engineer on behalf of a well-funded, rapidly growing robotics company developing advanced automation technology for a large-scale industrial application. The company is building a next-generation robotic platform designed to automate complex, traditionally manual processes. This is a highly hands-on opportunity within a small engineering team. As a Senior Mechanical Engineer you'll have significant ownership over the mechanical architecture and development of the product.
What's in it for you as a Senior Mechanical Engineer?
- Take end-to-end ownership of complex mechanical systems, from initial concept and prototyping through testing, production and real-world deployment.
- Work across robotic mechanisms, actuated systems, motion components and electromechanical assemblies.
- Join a high-growth robotics environment where engineers have significant autonomy and direct technical influence.
What the Ideal Mechanical Engineer Will Bring To The Table:
- 4+ years' experience developing complex mechanical systems from prototype to production.
- Expert-level CAD experience, with strong mechanical design and hands-on build skills.
- Strong fundamentals across FEA, statics, dynamics, tolerance analysis, fatigue and vibration.
- Strong experience with DFM/DFA, FMEA, BOM ownership.
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience designing robotic or automated systems.
- Experience with actuators, motors, gearboxes, transmissions or complex mechanisms.
- Experience taking hardware through prototype, pilot, production.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership robotics role where you'll design, build, test and deploy complex mechanical hardware in a real-world environment.
