Senior Mechanical Engineer | Wearable HealthTech | Boston (5 days Onsite)

$150-200K + significant equity | Relocation package available

We're hiring a Senior Mechanical Engineer for a rapidly growing Series A wearable health tech company reinventing physiological monitoring, translating complex biosignals into real insights for people with chronic conditions like POTS and Long COVID.

Founded by repeat entrepreneurs and engineers from top consumer hardware brands. Working prototypes are built, now they need a hands-on mechanical expert to help take this from hundreds of units to tens of thousands, reporting into the CEO.

You'll own:

• Mechanical design, DFM, and tooling execution, end to end
• Rapid prototyping and empirical testing to kill risk before it kills timelines
• Delivering a confident, on-schedule design freeze by Q4

To be considered you need to have experience in:

• 7+ yrs mechanical engineering
• Deep miniaturisation experience, small form factor electromechanical assemblies (wearables, hearables, or similar)
• Proven track record scaling from low volume prototypes to true mass production (DFM and tooling release)
• A builder, not a delegator, you test to learn, not to confirm
