Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to lead and contribute to various engineering projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment. You will work on large and complex engineering projects, including system modifications, reliability programs, and equipment retrofits, while ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet safety standards.

Location

Arizona – small town offering a family‑friendly atmosphere, subsidized housing, and amenities including an aquatic center, golf course, and fitness center. The area is home to a cutting‑edge mining facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to all phases of engineering design, including system failure analysis, redesign, and preventive measures.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for engineering projects, ensuring the approval of work from various engineering disciplines.
• Lead Reliability‑Centered Maintenance (RCM) programs and support the maintenance department.
• Develop engineering reports, feasibility studies, alternative analyses, and final design documents.
• Manage capital expenditure proposals and evaluate project funding.
